1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and refunds for products that are:

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • Reported within 7 days of receiving the item.
    Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items damaged by customer misuse.

  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items.

  • Personal care or hygiene products once opened.

3. Return Procedure

  • Contact our support team with your Order ID and return reason.

  • Provide photos or videos if requested for verification.

  • Once approved, return the product using a tracked courier service.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after receiving the returned item.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable, except for defective or wrong items.

5. Exchange Option

Subject to stock availability, defective or wrong items may be exchanged for the same or equivalent item.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective product.
